Island View Beach House is located in beautiful Hollywood Beach, often described as a Southern California Coastal hidden gem. The vacation home is right is the heart of a friendly, laid back neighborhood. Located 100 yards from the beach on the corner of Sunset and La Brea with expansive views of the ocean, islands, and mountains.The spacious master bedroom on the first floor has a Select Comfort Sleep Number queen size bed with a memory foam. The room also has a smart TV, lots of storage space and a walk-in closet. A sliding glass door leads to a private patio. The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a jetted tub.There is a utility room on the first floor which contains a washer, dryer and additional storage.The 2nd floor has an open living concept that combines the kitchen, dining, and living room.The kitchen has a view of Anacapa Island as well as the breaking waves where you can watch the surfers.The kitchen consists of modern appliances including an Advantium oven, gas cooktop, gas convection oven, instant pot, and Cuisinart emersion blender.Soft water for your laundry and showers as well as a reverse osmosis provides delicious drinking water.There are 2 indoor dinning areas. A dining table which can expand to seat 6 people and a bar counter top that seats 4.One of our favorite features of this house is the outdoor balcony with seating for 4 where you can enjoy morning coffee or happy hour while viewing the islands and beach life.The living room has a Smart TV with Roku installed to allow access to your favorite streaming apps. (Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, Disney, etc….) There are also multiple free apps available including Pluto, Tubi, YouTube, ABC, NBC etc….The living room has Lazy boy adjustable sofa, loveseat and single recliners. A pullout queen bed is also available.The 2nd floor has a full bath with 2 sinks. The spare room has a built-in closet and ceiling fanThe second bedroom has a full-size bed and an office desk and chair. It also has a smart TV with Roku.
